Rationale



Individual, group and/or workshop sessions allow us to explore and acknowledge our inner pain. We come to understand that our addictive behaviors emerged in response to a reality that was unmanageable for us. We learn to make peace with these behaviors. Our day to day sense of well being, however, depends on our developing new coping mechanisms. These tools enable us to protect our souls and quiet the hungers which are the true source of our unhappiness.
