Support Groups

Ever since 1935, when Bill B. and Bill W. began the 12 Step Fellowship of Alcoholics Anonymous, the usefulness of group support has been appreciated in facilitating recovery from addiction. In the spirit of the 12 Step Program, we can’t do it alone. Group encouragement, acceptance and affection are invaluable.

Ongoing open support groups offer the opportunity to "check in" when the need for enrichment and encouragement arises. With no obligation to commit to more than a single session, individuals are invited to satisfy their hunger for the support offered by a group experience. Life Dance Support Groups offer a unique kind of encouragement and hope. The group leader guides the discussion to reflect the spirit and philosophy of the Life Dance method.
